Do I need an account to order?

Yes you do need to create an account to shop. By registering an account you will be able to shop faster, update your information and delivery address, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. You can register and create your account here.

How do I place an order?

Just add items to your basket and pay securely by credit card or invoice. Alternatively, you can order by phone on 0161 683 4400 9am – 5.30pm Mon to Fri; 9am – 12.30pm Sat.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely by credit card, or we can invoice your school.

How do I view my purchase history?

To view your purchase history, sign in to your account and click on ‘My orders’.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes - if you require shipping outside mainland UK, place your order online and then we will contact you with the total price to confirm your order and arrange payment.


Do you accept Mastercard or Visa?

Yes we accept both of these credit cards.

How do I know that my order has been successful and will be shipped out?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successful, and another when your order has been dispatched.
